The Industrial estate has six buildings, 2 two storied &
four one storied structures, major repairs to all the six
buildings to be attended internally & externally, the
RCC frame work is extensively damaged due to seepages
& the terrace water proofing was 35years old.

Details Of Work..

Strengthening work to all the RCC members done by
Jacketing with cement concerete, with micro concereting
& also with polymer modified mortar at some plates.
External & Internal plaster work, terrace water proofing
works with conventional brick bat coba method & finishing
by fixing with china mosaic chips.
Total old plumbing G.I & PVC replaced with new pipes
painting works to all the six buildings.

NOTE : SPECIALLY PROCURED GODHRA SAND IS USED FOR THE
ENTIRE PROJECT.
