This Industrial Structure is of Ground + one storey building
consisting of around 60 GALAS of various manufacturing
units with heavy machinery. Due to heavy impacts &
vibrations the RCC structural members like Columns, Beams
& Slabs were damaged heavily. Hence society decided to
carry out the structural strengthening work in priority
along with the toilet block renovations.

Details Of Work..

Strengthening ( Jacketing ) work of all RCC members
was done with Micro Concreting & Polymer modified
mortar treatment in almost all the units. Maximum
number of Columns & Beams required additional
reinforcement.
Toilet block was totally redone with all the modern
amenities along with the water proofing treatment for
workers as well as member units.

 

NOTE : SPECIALLY PROCURED GODHRA SAND IS USED FOR THE
ENTIRE PROJECT.
