The Complex consists of Shopping Arcade at the Ground
floor and Two individual Residential four storeid buildings
above the first floor level.This is a total RCC structure
including the External walls which are casted in RCC.
Since the structure is not maintained for several years
even with a coat of painting, The steel reinforcement is
totally rusted which resulted into MAJOR STRUCTURAL
DAMAGES in RCC Members, Terrace’s etc.

Details Of Work..

The entire RCC frame work like BEAMS, COLUMNS are
strengthened by the method of jacketing from ground
to top floor with addition of new Reinforcementt &
Concreating work. Major slabs of many flats we recasted
by removing the old deteriorated walls.
The entire Terrace water proofing was redone by traditional
method of brick bat coba with fixing china mosaic chips.
Entire compound repairs carried out by doing new rubble
soling, 6’’ thick PCC & fixing 40mm thick paver blocks.
External walls of the building painted with Acrylic based
paint...
