This was a very prestigious project where I was
FELICIATATED By the CUTCH VISA OSWAL
DERAVASI JAIN MAHAJAN TRUST for structural
strengthening work. The structure consists of many
godown units at ground floor, a huge function hall
@ 1st floor, many rooms at 2nd & 3rd floor floor for
stay of people coming from other states & A Hostel
for other state students who come to mumbai for
higher studies. The Structure was deteriorated very
badly, the RCC frame work, RCC members were rusted
& damaged to very great extent, It was angarly
irreparable job. But with lots of courage & excellent
guidance & supervision of one of the greatest structural
consultant the structure was restored to its original
shape with addition of few more utility areas as required
by trust.

Details Of Work..

This is the Project where large quantity of Micro Concrete
is used for structural strengthening work, all columns &
Beams were Jacketed, almost 90% of the slab were recasted,
Entire brick work for Internal & External walls were
reconstructed. Complete tiling for walls, flooring work
redone. Total old plumbing was replaced by new plumbing
lines. Complete Terrace water proofing was redone with
China mosaic chips. We can say that the building is
Reconstructed without demolishing the old one.

NOTE : SPECIALLY PROCURED GODHRA SAND IS USED FOR THE ENTIRE PROJECT.
