This is a JAIN DERASAR UPASRAY building of Groung
+3 floors. The structuare was in utmost dangerous condition
when we started with structural repairs of the building.
The history goes this way: ADJACENT to this UPASRAY
building a malls construction was in progress for which
the builder has excavated to a very deeper level for pile
foundation work, Due to which the subsoil strata below
the adjacent upasray building become weak which resulted
into breaking of plinth tie beams into two halves,
Developing multiple structural cracks at numerous places
causing danger to the structure as well as to the people
stalling there this was a most Challenging job for us to
strengthen the RCC members.

Details Of Work..

Demolishing part of Upasray building where all the slab
beams were cracked in the middle, making the slab Sag
in the middle. Reconstructing the same structure again
with new frame work. Strengthening remaining columns,
Beams with Jacketing method from footing itself.
Plinth Beam were recasted enrirelly. In addition to this
on the extra space available on both the sides of Upasaray
a new structure is constructed adding an extra area of
24000 sft in three floors for utilising during their
yearly functions of “CHAUMASA”. The entire
Interiors redone with best materials available in the market.

NOTE : SPECIALLY PROCURED GODHRA SAND IS USED FOR THE ENTIRE PROJECT.
